Having just gone through a multi month job search with generally non responsive companies, Intellibus was a breath of fresh air. They claim they act on applications quickly, and they do! Within a handful of days of applying, I had a response and screening interview. During the screening interview, the next interview steps were scheduled and arranged for the same day! One day later, a follow on interview was scheduled. During this process, I stated that, no matter how this turned out, the hiring team should be proud of how they conducted themselves. The culture of valuing the talent, and showing so, raised them in my eyes as a potential employee.
