After a brief phone interview I've been assigned to take an assessment a week later. a few days after I was called at Intel Office to have an in-Person interview, in a friendly but professional environment with the team leader and a member of the team. The team leader asked me behavioural and technical questions, the other one just technical, mostly about my previous experience. The Interview lasted barely 30mins

Three sessions, focusing on dev, systems, and test. Standard algorithm qs, some sys admin, and a test framework and test case design question. Fairly easy and pleasant experience. This was for a contractor role.
