Odd. Started with a phone screen with a cocky guy out of AZ. Then he wanted me to write answers to questions about my managment style, what it takes to be a good recruiter and so on. Then a long wait till a face to face that was interviews. Met with what would be a peer, manager and subordinate. All very nice people. All of them had these forms of behavioral questions that they had to fill out. One lady was typing it in her laptop while I was answering. Heavy on behavioural questions. Little time left for actual Q&A
