Entrevista
There are totally 4 rounds of interview process before finalising one's appointment as employee. 1st round is telephonic interview where basic sql/java/computer science question is asked. The 2nd round is held at their office or through Skype if now is outside of Bangalore. 2nd round is written test consisting of aptitude, logical reasoning, sql, java, data structure, algorithm basic questions. You don't have to be pro they want to know whether u can learn new technology. 3rd round is Face to face technical interview with 2 senior employees which is basics of what projects you have done in engineering and languages you used to build them with some code. 4th and final round is telephonic interview with CEO, don't take it for granted many were rejected in this round also. So prepare well and be confident.

Difficult and multi step process. Multiple rounds of interview . Assessment based on both knowledge and aptitude. Interviewers are knowledgeable and patient . Emphasis on practical and on hands knowledge than definitions
