The interview was a group assessment rather than a one to one interview. The assessment was not difficult but there was a sense of competing against the other candidates on the assessment for a limited number of roles. There was a discussion session in which we had to decide who was saved, from a collection of characters, in a disaster scenario. Then we all had to deliver a presentation.
