Interview process was three rounds, one initial phone screening to see if you fit the culture, then you get a Microsoft teams meeting with a lead, if they continue you go to the office and meet the team (ask questions, shadow). From there they have a final Interview to get to know you based on a presentation you make explaining why they should Hire you, via Microsoft teams. Ultimately ending up declining the offer because of the low salary. I think this is a great way to get in to business if you’re entry level and don’t have a lot of bills to pay. The pay is so low at first for 8-9 months until you’re promoted

The interview process was relatively easy and the people were nice. Sales managers seemed very serious and often standoffish. Their employees were extremely welcoming and seemed to like where they worked.

It was s screening with the recruiter then an interview with the account manager. After that the interview was with the client. They then told me they would get back with me. I Had to follow up to find out that the position was put on hold

Very long and in depth. Initial call with recruiter who helps and prepares you along the way for the rest of the interviews. Most were longer, an hour+, then final was in person.
