Coding (2 sessions, 45 minutes each) The coding portion of your onsite interview will be similar in format to your initial tech screen, but the questions may be a bit more challenging. Doing well depends on how well you've prepared! The Design Interview (1-2 sessions, 45 minutes each) This part of the interview will assess your ability to solve a non-trivial engineering design problem. There are two types of design interviews: systems design and product design. In either, your interviewer will ask you a very broad question and evaluate your solution. Not all positions require these skills, and your recruiter will let you know whether you need to prepare for this portion of the interview. Getting to Know You (1 session, 45 minutes) Your interviewer will want to learn about your background and interests, what you're passionate about in tech, why you're looking to make a change and what kind of impact you want to make. This is your opportunity to share stories and examples of your past work and what you've learned that will help your interviewers understand what it's like to work with you and how you handle challenges.
