I applied online and I got a call from the HR after a few days. HR's approach was professional and she was clear about what the company had to offer if I were to become a fulltime employee. I gave the technical interview and this where everything got off-putting. Two people were Interviewing me via skype and one of them wasn't even an iOS developer yet she was googling (I could I hear her type questions) and asking all random non-relevant iOS development questions. She took my interview for over 40 minutes, which was an excruciating and demoralising experience. Anyone can google random technical questions and take an interview. By doing this it clearly shows how poor and casual the approach of the organisation has towards its employees. Later on, a proper iOS lead took my technical interview and he asked all relevant question, at least I could not hear him type questions. Surprisingly I cleared their Technical interview and the HR mailed me an assignment in the morning 11:00 and she expected me to complete it within 5 hrs. How do you expect me to complete a coding assignment during my working hrs? Overall by seeing all this non professional interview approach I decided to discontinue the process.
