1. A general aptitude test
Standard quantitative and verbal aptitude questions you can find on any site that offers generic trivia
2. Personal Interview
normal questions to assess candidate's rationality, clarity of thought and articulation
3. Group Discussion
Evaluate interactive and inter-personal skills, communication skills, cognizance and identifying significant points (prioritization etc)
4. Results
The results were announced after an average 5 hours for everyone right on campus

Entrevista
Following the assessment test, got shortlisted for the interview phase. The session itself was very smooth; the interviewer created a supportive and comfortable environment right from the beginning. The conversation centered around my project, where I had the opportunity to detail its technical aspects, architectural choices, and the underlying motivation for building it.
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
