The interview process was drawn out, weeks between interviews and little communication. I spent over a month going through three interview rounds, which I did a lot of work for (presentations, social post mock ups etc). I made it to the final interview stage with great feedback when they suddenly ceased communications, I followed up several times over the following weeks to finally hear back that they were 'reprioritising their hiring schedule' and that they will get back to me soon. 4 months later I see that they have reuploaded the job posting online and begun the hiring process again from scratch. Highly unprofessional. inconsiderate and such a huge waste of my time.
