HR shared info that they are hiring for a Gurgoan client for which they had taken 2 rounds ( one was online test ,second one was technical interview happened on telephone ) , cleared both of them , HR was unprofessional , didn't email for feedbacks of rounds , informed either on phone or on message , no proper communication , after reaching to managerial round, I was informed by HR that client are looking for 1 month notice period officially , they tried but client didn't agree etc. . only small companies have 1 mnth notice period , how can such important things be changed at last moment , then they suggested you can be considered for Noida position , The person who took my managerial round wasn't aware about my previous round history because of HR didn't provide him that info .
Entirely unprofessional and Time wasting process .
