I applied online. 1. HR Discussion with screening round 15-20 mins tech questions in a screening round. 2. Interview scheduled as per discussion. On interview day, I was told that the interviewer was unavailable today. HR postponed the interview for next week. 3. An interview was scheduled, and I was available for the interview, starting with project work, roles, and responsibilities. When asked about more project works and cloud Questions, I gave most of the answers at the cloud level—then asked me about database indexing and 1 OPPS output-related question. 4. The interviewer took a complete 1 hr for the interview. I was confident that I had given all the answers. 5. I got the email. Unfortunately, our team did not select you for further consideration 6. The major setback is that I didn't feel anytime during an interview that I was in the wrong direction or interviewer not happy with the answers. Please provide genuine feedback If you are seriously hiring a talent. And don't ghost the candidate for the interview process and the genuine feedback
