Pros: 1. The interview process was well-organized. 2. The technical questions and problem-solving tasks were relevant and challenging. Cons: 1. Despite confidently answering all questions and solving the problems, the feedback on rejection lacked clarity. 2. The evaluation criteria seemed misaligned with the selection process, leaving room for improvement in transparency. Advice to Management: Consider providing candidates with detailed feedback to help them understand the decision and improve.

It was medium level interview. Since I was hired on campus selection, I gave coding round and once selected appear in two more rounds. The coding interview was easy since it asked leetcode easy to medium questions and then in 1st technical round they asked about some coding questions, puzzles and questions about my resume. And in the final interviews they asked some leetcode medium questions and some core knowledge of javascript and react.
