There is standard interview process when I was interviewed before at least 3 years before. 1. Basic interview 2. Test 3. Technical interview 4. Final Interview & offer It was good experience at that time

First there was a medium level aptitude and other test then I got selected for the interview. It was good and information with two way communication. Finally there was HR round wherein they offered salary and explained other basic things and then came documentation and joining within a week. Overall great.
