3 interviews. First interview with hiring manager, second with the regions GM, and a final in person meeting with the hiring manager once again which includes an office tour. Overall a great experience, very friendly and more conversational type interviews to get to know my background. Most questions were situational/behavioral.

Interview was great. We discussed my background in member experience and the initial recruiter was transparent about the next interview steps, but it was more like a general conversation without specifying which location they were looking to fill. The second round gave more information about where they needed support and she was very kind. I made it to the third round but had to turn it down as it wasn't aligning with my goals at the time. Overall, it seemed like they appreciated what my unique background brought to the table for this role, and had my goals aligned, it would have been a great fit.
