I applied through LinkedIn. The next day I received an email inviting me ot a phone call screening with the Europe Manager. I had the call and a few questions were asked.

Interview was great. We discussed my background in member experience and the initial recruiter was transparent about the next interview steps, but it was more like a general conversation without specifying which location they were looking to fill. The second round gave more information about where they needed support and she was very kind. I made it to the third round but had to turn it down as it wasn't aligning with my goals at the time. Overall, it seemed like they appreciated what my unique background brought to the table for this role, and had my goals aligned, it would have been a great fit.
