The whole process was too slow it takes too many days. 1st round was aptitude test after that there was technical interview followed by HR round.
In the apti there was technical questions, reasoning and quanti questions.

We have implemented processes to speed up the entire interview cycle. In fact for freshers, we do special campaigns where we do complete recruiting process in a day.
