The company didnt have a process to call it an interview, they call for discussion they do discussion as casual and show off their hypocrisy , they dont have calibre to identify right talent because it is beyond their reach , with few innovative products they are euphoric as win the industry. They do not have professionalism to update on the interview outputs/feedback. Too pathetic.
