Called by the recruiter for a phone interview. Afterwards he emailed me a Right to Represent and asked me to respond to it immediately before we could move forward. 5 minutes after emailing me he called me back to ask me to sign it immediately. I thought this was being very pushy as I was currently reading the email he sent. They sent over an online challenge which took 45 minutes to complete and was very easy compared to others I have done. Recruiter called me very early in the morning the next day and I did not pick up. He called again later and complained to me that I did not pick up and asked for an explanation. He invited me to an in person interview later that week. I went in and was treated just as poorly as over the phone. No directions or schedule about how the day was to be broken up or what was to happen. They showed us a video explaining what the company did but offered no more explanation into the job or the company. This seemed like a mass hiring event where 15 people came in per hour to interview. I got lost in the masses somehow and my 1 hour onsite turned into 2 hours as the second interviewer did not come get me. It has been 2 weeks and I have not heard back from them yet. I would at least expect a phone call from recruiter or an email saying no thanks. At this point I would not work for them.
