Very basic, 3 round of interviews. In last round only behavioural questions and ctc discussed. After 4 days, HR responded after several calls and spoke just for few seconds “your feedback is not positive”. Are you seriously seious and mature enough to arrange for an interview dear HR team. I was the second candidate to reach out to the venue (if you consider punctuality also), had 3 rounds of interviews. In last round, an interviewer asked CTC and expected, discussed about ODC culture and shift timings. So can you please explain if feedback was not positive then whats the logic of discussing salary and all. Either you are not mature enough or the interviewers themselves cant judge between positive and negative. If its all about high package, negotiations can be tried and if you cant do that too, again i will say Dear HRs you are not all capable.
