The application procedure was very smooth! They followed up very quickly after each stage of the hiring process. I felt very welcome the first time I arrived at the office. They really took the time to get to know me as a person before we started talking about the role and my professional background.

Lengthy process but well done - they made me feel comfortable from the very beginning and tailored the interview process to my experience so that they could get a real sense of what I could bring, which I thought was great. I had two initial conversations with two different people, then a conversation with the manager, after which I was asked to do a test and a final interview to go through the test etc. The test was quite challenging and certainly more interesting than other tests I've done for similar roles.
