The interview process was easy in regards to the level of depth of the questions and scheduling. The company communicated well because the interview took place over the holidays. I did one call with a recruiter as pre-screening and then 4 additional interviews with various team members. After all those interviews, I was told I would get a decision by a certain date. which passed. I waited a week and followed up and was told I would receive a decision by a certain date and still not hear back. I understand not getting an offer, but it would have been nice to get the decision formally without following up. I also reached out for feedback and did not receive anything back which was disappointing after spending so much time in interviews.

I had 3 interviews total within the week. The people were very personable and friendly, and also asked relevant questions. I can tell that they are needing help and seem to be in a hyper growth stage for the company.
