The interview process is divided into 3 or 4 interviews, so Full Stack is generally sought, so Backend, Frontend, Design are evaluated and if there are Lead functions, then soft skills and agile project management skills.

Entrevista
I was first contacted by the internal recruiter at Ipsy, she then scheduled first round technical phone screen with Sr. Director of Engineering at Ipsy.
First round technical phone screen went well, so I moved to the second round technical phone screen.
Second round technical phone screen was with one of the Software Engineer at Ipsy, who is very junior. He asked me about my mentoring experience, and he seemed to dislike my answer since I could hear him smiled sarcastically.
He then gave me two problems. I finished first problem, then continue on the second problem. He kept saying that my approach in solving the problem was really close, really close. I then asked him the answer, and he seemed not to master the answer either.
When my turn to ask him question, I asked about what the expectations are for this position. He then mentioned about mentorship. The way he said it gave me an impression I am not qualified for this position because he doesn't like my answer regarding me experience as a mentor in the past.
Anyways, after the technical phone screen was over, I realized that he took those problems from leetcode and tried to copy the solution from leetcode. That's why when I asked him the answer he sounded like not mastering the answer at all. My answer was pure my own approach.
The second interview with this amateur software engineer left me unpleasant experience and made me thinking that this company could lose a lot of smart candidates just because the attitude of type of individuals who is worry about job security.
In addition to that, the phone coding interview use shared google docs which made it very hard to read the code because of the indentations problems.
