The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and asked if I would be interested. We have a couple questions back and forth and then a phone meeting was set up.
The hiring manager was 10 minutes late to calling me. Which didn’t set great prescient. Every question I answered she said “that makes sense.” She didn’t really dive into any deep questions rather just surface level questions about my experience. I gave concrete examples of what we have done for retention efforts in my current role and challenges we face.

The process involved three interviews. The HR manager was very friendly. I thought that it was a fair process to only have three rounds for the position. The second round involved an exercise with questions around Salesforce Email Studio which was quite time consuming.

Initial email from recruiter scheduling a call with hiring manager. Call with hiring manager. An email was sent with an assignment - an actual problem that ipsy is facing. Spent an hour going through the assignment with the hiring manager. Following day received an email saying they are not moving forward.
