Went through general phone screening with the VP of People and then moved me to the next round, where I had to complete their 3 question exercise (which was poorly formatted and should be updated) involving Technical/Writing/Project Management sections. They have a deadline of 4 days. Shortly after I had completed the exercise and submitted it, I get an automatic email stating that the recruiter is out of office. A day later, the recruiter e-mails me to let me know that the position has already been filled without providing feedback or acknowledgment for the project I had spent a lengthy amount of time on.
