Robust process with assessment methodology. No tests, Quite numerous number of people taking part in the selection process. I received a regular feedback on the process and the TA partners are doing their job very well.

How would manager describe you in terms of strengths and areas for development?
Very short and easy. I was interviewed by only 2 people over the phone. There was no in-person interview or presentation required. I received an offer shortly after that. I was expecting to be interviewed by HR but that did not happen.
A very good conversation with some challenging questions to talk through. It was important to demonstrate that I could methodically work through the question to get to an answer. Overall, a positive experience
6-7 interviews with multiple team members but was then ghosted and would have appreciated any update or feedback. Overall it was an easy process and the recruiter was friendly but the ghosting really put me off
