I had networked at the World Forum in Dallas. I spoke with the Director of sales who encouraged me to send him my resume and he'll submit it for further consideration. The next day, I received a phone call from an internal recruiter. She asked the general experience questions which ended with scheduling round 1 interview. I spoke with a Senior Developer who asked me technical questions based on my resume so I elaborated on my processes and techniques. After 20-30min, he recommended me to move forward. 4 days later I had round 2. I spoke with another Senior Developer who asked background questions, some situational and some technical questions. After 30min, he recommended me to move forward. 1.5 weeks later, I had an interview with the Senior HR Manager. She asked for my background and story, what I knew about their company, then recommended me for the Associate Consultant position and we negotiated salary. I already knew what I wanted and this company hit the mark.
