the process took 3 weeks, I interviewed IBM. No technical question, all simple behaviour question such as describe yourself. I don't really understand how the hiring process works..seems the interview focus too much on the communication, to be honest, I don't remember most of the discussion we had. But the people interviewed me are pretty nice, they talked a lot about their personal experience and the life in the company.
