Phone interview was the first step, then an in person interview on site. Phone interview was with my work direction manager. In person interview was with my HR manager. About a week after the in person interview I received an offer letter. I countered, then they countered. I asked a question about if I accepted when my start date would be and they sent a congratulations welcome to IBM email. I never officially accepted their counter offer.
we had 3 rounds.
1. General topic discussion with an HR(for accent ) usually it will be with any manager and they will ask you to select a topic and you need to speak on that topic for about5-10 mins
2. Group discussion*amongst all the users selected in first round)
3.Technical discussion
3.salary discussion
Amazing experience, got to learn a lot about the interview process. First round was taken by a project technical lead which was all about my previous experience and some of them are technical questions andsecond round was conducted by HR.
First you have to complete and pass a Coding assessment.
Second you will have an HR screen call.
Third Interview will be with your manager and team lead.
