Every employer ask the same question for new college graduate you have to show leadership, initiative, team work, and most of all communication skills, as well as having the willingness to learn. they also going to ask you about a time you over come an obstacle at work. a group project that you had a problem and had to solve it. every response should be at least 2 minute or you are going to die if you a gave a short reply for a question it is going to feel like interrogation as they are going to go deep and ask you question that don't have answer. for this interview better to talk more than let them interrogate you with questions
