My experience with HyperPure left me feeling puzzled and disappointed. Despite their initial interest in my application, the process quickly became disorganized and confusing. After two rounds of interviews, I was informed that my work experience wasn't enough, which seemed strange given that they had originally shortlisted me. The lack of communication only added to the frustration. It took a long time to schedule the second interview, despite my efforts to follow up. And then, out of nowhere, they changed the plan and added two more rounds of interviews. Additionally, the lack of transparency throughout the process was concerning. I was left in the dark about the timeline and what to expect next, which made it difficult to plan accordingly. Overall, the whole experience with HyperPure was a letdown. If this is indicative of how they handle their recruitment process, it raises concerns about their efficiency and professionalism. It's unfortunate that what started as a promising opportunity ended up being a source of frustration and disappointment.

It was an on campus drive, once my resume got shortlisted, we had group discussion round after that 2 rounds of interview. In interview they focussed on thinking ability, problem solving skills and management skills.
