Applied online for a general senior leadership role, received an invite to answer a 3 questions by text only. Questions were very focused on one aspect of software development and lacked depth. Talked to no real human during this whole process and received a canned rejection, despite the role being ambiguous the interview questions made no sense and lacked personalization. No surprise the company needs Senior Leaders if this is the process they think will find them senior leaders.
