Submitted the resume through a staffing agency and a telephonic screening was conducted as part of the interview. That was the only screening and it is a very positive experience with the screening.

Initial communication is through an automated interview with predetermined questions. Followed up with 4 more phone interviews, climbing the hiring ladder. Talked with program managers, division managers, assistant director and overall director. Communication is clear as to what to expect before each interview and they immediately told me if I was moving on to more interviews. Followed up my last interview with an email thanking them and received a reply with good news of an offer coming.
