Initial text screening and then call with recruiter to schedule a virtual interview with a board of 3 people. During the virtual interview, the interviewers were rude and made it feel as though I was an inconvenience to them by interviewing for the position. 1 of the 3 interviewers showed up late and could not care less about me interviewing. Afterward, I asked how long the decision process would take and was told 7-10 days. I followed up on day 8 with the recruiter who had somehow gone on vacation for a week. 16 days after the interview I followed up again and the recruiter brushed me off. Nearly 3 weeks later I got an automated rejection email. Just tell me to begin with if you do not want me to interview or consider me for the job. Horrible process.

There were two 30-minute interviews with the hiring manager. The first round was with HR, and the second was with the Hiring manager. They asked about my previous experience and how it relates to the position they are hiring.
