Applied online, phone call, brief phone interview. Set up for in person a couple of days later. Initial interview scheduled for 9am. Filled out a ton of paperwork. The manager was late. Interviewed with 2 people the DON and Manager, very informal. I was told they liked me and my qualifications, wanted me back for a second interview. Call for second interview scheduled the following week, again the people I was supposed to talk to were late. Scheduled time 9am, I was there till 1130. Felt like I had met everyone in the company. Seemed to go well, was told decision would be made either the end of that week or the following week. Total time spent there 5 hours. Felt like I should have billed for my time. 3 weeks later I got the other candidates email. Humana is in the process of being bought out by Aetna, not sure if that had something to do with the untimeliness or not.
