Pre inteview with the recruiter, and/or computer system. interview with the hiring manager, then possible 2nd interview with team and other leaders. the leadershp team is very busy and may not respond as quick as you want. Be patient
Screen interview was simple USE STAR method when approaching your experience. This allows them to see ur consultant background. I am still in the process if interviewing so would gladly update the org on my progress moving forward.
Initially I was reached out to via a text interview with simple questions to answer via text messages. All questions were simply one sentence questions. I was asked 4-5 questions and was not given a time frame or expiration time to answer the questions within.

Are you Interested and available to work on call and off hours when needed?
Standard interview process. Applied online, and a few weeks to offer. No room for negotiation but pay was slightly less than market average. I accepted for the opportunity, and benefits that helped to offset pay.
