Preliminary phone and virtual interviews, phone interview, then silence. I’d started to think they’d moved on but a few weeks later i got an interview invite for video interview. Offer was made 1 day after video interview. Long time before start (6-8 weeks) due to background check.

There will be 3 interviews. First interview was through text. The second was a video interview where you record yourself answering a couple questions and doing a video introduction. The third was with a live person . They were very fast with the interview process.
