There is a recorded telephone questionnaire. If that goes well, an online interview will be scheduled. It wasn’t extremely difficult. The interviewer was very nice. Overall it was a low stress experience.

I applied for a position with Humana 3 times. All three I was denied for lack of experience. When I have over 8 years experience in customer service. They might not actually job opening right now. Despite them constantly updating and posting jobs on career sites. Just save yourself the time and not apply.
Great it was easy and informative I learned a lot more about the company . They asked some star interview questions , they also asked me about myself and work experience
