About a month after I submitted my resume, I finally got a call back to meet for an interview. I first met with three people part of the team I was interviewing for. They asked me questions one after the other for about 30 or 40 minutes. After that, I waited around for about 20 minutes and then met with the floor manager and the team leader. I talked to them for about 20 minutes and they told me they would get back to me within the week and I never heard from them even after sending a follow up letter/email.

Fairly Easy I enjoyed the interview process at first I was nervous but once my first question was asked it was smooth and relaxing the questions were not difficult to answer

I applied for a position with Humana 3 times. All three I was denied for lack of experience. When I have over 8 years experience in customer service. They might not actually job opening right now. Despite them constantly updating and posting jobs on career sites. Just save yourself the time and not apply.
Great it was easy and informative I learned a lot more about the company . They asked some star interview questions , they also asked me about myself and work experience
