I received a message inviting me to an interview which turned out to be a pre-recorded phone call. Whose bright idea was this? Bc they ought to be fired immediately. It is disgusting that they can't even take the time to talk to you in person, its just plain lazy. If this is how they treat prospective employees I imagine their customer service is even worse. I am withdrawing my application. I've never heard of a company being so ridiculously out of touch - who would want to work for someone as inhumane as Humana?
