I first was contacted after applying online and visiting them at a career fair. After the initial interview, I was asked to attend an interview day. There I had two interviews, got to tour the building, and talk to the recruiters and other past interns. A very informational day, they really want to make sure you understand your role there and how the company operates. The interviews had standard questions, mostly looking for certain examples of times you did something that matches a behavior.

Hirevue questions haven’t heard back. They ask you and emphasize no ai answers. Very easy and smooth process but also no communication with actual humans all ai responses on their end.
The interviewer made the process feel comfortable and professional. They asked well-structured and insightful questions, fostering an engaging conversation. I appreciated how they created a welcoming environment, making it easy to discuss my experience and skills. Overall, it was a positive and interactive interview experience.

Entrevista
The interview consisted of two rounds. First, there was a phone interview followed by a panel style interview with four people. This lasted about an hour and 15 minutes. Questions were fairly standard around skill level, soft skills, etc.
