I applied online and was invited to an in house job fair (2 full days, come anytime). Spent about 2 hours first talking to HR then some hiring managers. I went on the last few hours of the second day and I could tell there was some departments that filled their quota. Try to go early if you get invited to one of these!

Will email you to scheduled a phone interview which will consist of your previous job history and skill set. Then if they want to move forwards they will email your a video interview with leadership. Also go over the position and see if your interested on this position.
If went fairly quickly. You get asked the basic questions and are given an opportunity to ask any questions you have. My interviewer was very nice and down to earth
Fast. Quick. Nice people and positive atmosphere. Was called immediately after the interview and was told of benefits right away. Super helpful I feel. And comfortable interview setting that ended with a tour of the building which was nice.
