My first interview was via the phone, which consisted mainly of behavioral based questions. My second interview was via Montage video chat and had questions regarding my experience in UM. Luckily, I have had a great deal experience in this area if nursing and was able to discuss the criteria and programs used by Utilization Management RNs.
