My experience with the interview was extremely positive! The recruiter was very professional and always responded back to me in a timely manner. I completed the Montage automated phone interview and was selected to interview with the hiring managers. The position I interviewed for was in FL and I reside IN WI (relocating to FL). I requested if the in person interview could be conducted via digital. The recruiter and hiring managers graciously accommodated my request. My digital interview was very a pleasant experience. The hiring managers I interviewed with were very comfortable and professional. I was contacted by the recruiter and offered the position two weeks later. I am so thrilled to start at Humana! Overall, my experience with the Humana interview process was extremely positive and impressive.

First interview with recruiter and second interview with two managers. Interview is average. Mostly asking for experience with different situations as a case manager. Interview with managers takes about an hour.

Interview process consisted of two parts. One part with Manager and other with team leads. Interviews did not take long to schedule after recruiter reached out so the process is not long and drawn out.

Entrevista
Two person interview. Felt like a conversation and situational questions. I felt comfortable and not nervous. The interviewers made me feel welcome. It was probably 35-40 minutes. Make sure you have social work experience and like to speak with members, providers, collabs.
