Pre-screening performed on a phone interview. Next, sent to department for on-site panel interview. Very laid back. Offered details about the company and job expectations. Noticed a lot of "inside jokes" among panel members during interview. The office environment was very professional, but management was very relaxed. Interview questions were pre-printed with standard questions (i.e. describe a difficult situation and how you turned it around, how would you handle "this" situation, what are your strengths, how would you respond to an upset provider...). Typical interview, arrive on time, dress professionally and communicate effectively.
