It was an easy interview, but I’m not sure what type of resource they want with 2 years of hands-on experience in AWS. They told me they were looking for a more well-rounded resource and a senior person for this position. However, in the job description, they clearly mentioned 2 years of experience, and I have done all the work mentioned. There are only a few things I haven’t had hands-on experience with, but I understand the concepts. Maybe they are trying to hire a senior person for a lower salary
