Interview went well overall. The recruiter asked several questions about my current role, why am I looking for something new and a few behavioural questions. The role itself was also explained to me including the KPI structure and their own recruitment process
This was back in 2016 and started with an assessment centre where I was against 11 other people.
The assessment centre had sections including group conversations and some more standard interview questions. This was followed by a 1 on 1 interview with hiring manager >> ref checks and work rights >> offer
Very open during process and was a positive experience

A few face to face conversations with the different teams. Very warm experience with nice people. Questions were focused about culture fit and personality, how I source candidates and BD new clients.
