The interview process was extensive but it is a luxury and LVMH company so I did not expect anything less. First is the 30 minute call with the recruiter, then meet with the hiring manager in person in the office, then an excel test, and then meeting with the vp. The process was lengthy and took a few months, but the company was fantastic. Unfortunately I didnt get the role because they were looking for someone with more experience, but everyone at this company answered my thank you emails (doesnt happen that often these days). Everyone was super helpful if I had any questions, Hr always was quick to follow up with me if I was reaching out or following up about the process. They seem to be very organized and everyone who works here is highly intelligent and knows what they are doing in the watch world/ luxury industry. The company has a lot of opportunity if you are lucky enough to work for them in the corporate office.
