The interview process was very thorough! Definitely among the most thorough interview processes I've experienced. The company is growing fast and it's clear that culture is very important to the whole team. They spent a lot of time really getting to know me, and even gave me the chance to demonstrate my skills through what they call a day in the life. Overall, the process started with a few phone and video calls, and finished up with me spending about a half a day on-site in the office meeting more of the team.
