You get contacted by the Recruiter and asked to fill out a questionnaire. If it's a potential fit, they'll invite you for an in-person interview with the HR Director. The Recruiter conducted her role professionally by giving more background about the role and the company. I was asked several HR metrics which were to be shared with the next interviewer. However, it didn't seem to have mattered anyway since the next interviewer asked the same set of questions.
The next interview was with the HR Director. Asked very outdated questions such as how much I made in my previous role and specific graduation and tenure dates (Asked for what day in the month). Really odd questions for a director level. Further line of questioning led me to believe that the job posting is completely different from what they expect you to do. If you decide to apply for this job, make sure you fully understand what you might get yourself into as I regret wasting time and effort applying for this role.

It was very disorganized, and I did not receive feedback after the interview. The role was reposted several times, and the manager's role who interviewed me was hired shortly after. They didn't seem to have long tenure and asked a lot of questions about how I might handle stress
